Shipping from Indonesia to the USA costs vary wildly, from around $18 for a small <4lb USPS package to potentially $6-$15+ per kg via air freight (depending on volume) or hundreds/thousands for full ocean containers, with factors like weight, speed (express vs. economy), volume, and chosen carrier (USPS, DHL, FedEx, freight forwarders) dictating the final price. Expect small parcels to be pricier per kg than bulk shipments, with air freight faster but sea freight much cheaper for large amounts.

From Bali to outside is pretty safe.
