Shipping from Germany costs anywhere from a few Euros for small documents (like $3.15+ with USPS) to over €100 for heavier packages, depending heavily on size, weight, destination, speed (standard vs. express), and carrier (DHL, UPS, FedEx, USPS). Expect a small, lightweight package (under 1kg) to start around €7-€10, while larger/heavier items can be €40-€80+ for express to the US, with sea freight being much cheaper for containers.

USPS is definitely the cheapest way to ship to SVK from the US. The only other (better) option is fly on over and put it in your suitcase. :-) Pro Tip: do NOT put insurance on it from USPS or it will be flagged by Slovak Customs and could take weeks to clear (and likely they'll charge a customs & import tax).
