Shipping from Sweden to the US typically takes a few days to several weeks, depending on the carrier and speed: Express air freight (FedEx, DHL) is 1-3 business days, standard air/courier (USPS, some FedEx ) is 3-10 business days, while ocean freight (for large cargo) can range from 2 to 5 weeks (15-50 days). Customs clearance adds variable time, from hours to days.

DHL is the best shipping company, hands down. UPS is the worst, don't even think about it. I had bad experiences with FedEX as well (as someone else pointed out they don't have enough pick up points and if they don't find you at home you're screwed). Schenker is also crap.
